We advertise the required categories in leading English and Regional newspapers on an all India basis i.e. Times of India, Assignment’s Abroad, Hindu, Malayalam Manorma and the regional publication’s of the respective cities.

Selection tools

Personal interviews are conducted by our technical recruitment managers on the basis of the job
description provided by our client. The skilled/semi-skilled categories are also subjected to a trade test as per their specialization

Interviewing

Screening, assessment and short-listing of the candidates for final interview is carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified recruitment managers. The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment.

Assessment of Competencies

At the time of the personnel interview our specialized consultants scrutinize the applicant’s abilities on the position he has applied for. The resumes of the candidates are assessed and their employment documents are verified from their previous Employers.

Skills testing

Based on the questionnaire provided by the client our technical manager interviews the applicants and verifies the knowledge of the candidate in the specialty he has applied for.

Employees Training

At our Overseas Employment Services, organizational behavioural interviews are a part of the
responsibilities of the technical interview. During the time of the personal interview the managers also concentrate on the behavioral aspects of each individual applicant. They also verify the experience certificate to ascertain that if any assessment made on their behavior by the previous Employer.

Screening Process

As per the required positions from our clients, our Sourcing Department find out through the data available with us and identifies the most suitable ones, in accordance with client’s job specifications, industry – relevance, qualification, experience and nationality.

Selection Procedure

On receipt of the list of approved candidates for final interview by clients, either personal, telephonic, and / or video conferencing, we schedule interview as per the time frame of our clients.
All short-listed candidates are advices of their selection for final interview with the visiting delegates, through mail, phone according to location.

Service Fee

For ALL POSITIONS junior -senior level / skilled / semi – skilled / un – skill positions, H.K GLOBAL (HKG) charge a reasonable recruitment fee, payable either employer or employee as per the agreement. (In the case where employer wishes H.K GLOBAL to charge the employees, it is in accordance with Government specified terms.
